Road to the CF Open:
In continuing our effort to prep everyone for this year’s CFO, we will include a workout from last year’s events so that everyone can continue to get practice in the skill sets leading up to this year’s events. We try and dish these out to you all year, but with the craziness of our move, and the past month, there have been a few that have been difficult to work on! Good news is, the high rings are scheduled to go up on Thursday, a new “wallball” target is being constructed to not only test your ability to launch the ball 10′, but also test your accuracy, and we’re developing more programs to complement what you’re already doing and accomplishing with us! This means once it’s all out there, everyone should have all of the tools, opportunity, and resources needed to get the most out of our program, and an even further increased success rate at reaching your goals! Pretty exciting eh?
