Broad Jump Max Distance

  • Same as before, you will have 2 attempts to achieve a max distance broad jump!

WORK CAPACITY/RETEST

A:  RETEST 25m Shuttle

4 Rounds:
-1 minute 25m Shuttles
-1 minute rest

  • Complete as many 25m shuttles as possible in each 1 minute bout.
  • Each 25m length = 1 rep.
  • Partial reps DO NOT count.
  • Touch the ground at each change of direction.

B: On the Minute x 12 Minutes

-3 C2B Pullups
-Bear Crawl 20ft
-9 Jumping Lunges
