In case you missed it…..10am Goal Setting Workshop!
We will be holding one more Goal Setting Workshop today at 10am! Shannon will be doing the presentation and outline one more time for those of you who may have missed it on Thursday. Don’t miss out on this, as you will have a strategy to accomplish some pretty incredible stuff over the next 12 weeks!

TEAM WORKOUT
In teams of two to four, complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of the following:
-Front Squat 135/95
-Push Press 95/65
-Row (for calories)
- Teams must complete a minimum of 200 calories on the rower.
- Only 1 rower per team.
- Teams may set the rep scheme, and work/rest periods.
- Only 2 team member working at any given time, regardless of team size.
