Fundamentals of Nutrition Workshop Tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10am and 7:15pm!
Today we will be hosting our monthly workshop for all to attend! We will establish, and continue to build upon the principals of your nutritional knowledge base over the course of this hour!
STRENGTH/SKILL
6 Rounds:
2 Position Power Snatch
- Power Position and Knees.
- NO Pressouts.
- Work on your speed and bar positions.
3x Broad Jump
5x Wall Squat
CONDITIONING
A: 10-8-6-4-2 reps:
Single Leg RDL
- KB or DB
- Each leg for half the volume (5L/5R, 4L/4R, etc)
Handstand Kick Up + 2 Second Hold
- Substitute with wall facing HS walkup
1 Arm Band Row
- Perform from a half-squat position.
- Fight rotation.
- Perform as many reps as each round requires on each arm.
B: Foam Roll

Hips/ITB
