TEAM WORKOUT

A:  In teams of three, alternating complete rounds, complete 4 rounds each of:

5x Thrusters

  • Increase load each round
  • 2 barbell per team

10x KB Swings 70/55

20x Double Unders

B:  90x Dumbbell Manmakers 35/20

  • Complete 90 total reps as a team.
  • 2 teammates may work at any given time.

C:  1800m Relay

  • Complete 6x 100m sprints each, alternating teammates.
  • Only 1 teammate may work at any given time.
