In Teams of two, alternating rounds complete six rounds each of:

5x Back Squat @ 135#

5x Push Press @ 95#

  • Both sets must be unbroken
  • 1 barbell for each movement

AUXILIARY WORK

2-3 Rounds

20/20/20 LB Complex

5x Scarecrow @ 2.5#

5x Kneeling Slasher (ea. side)
