CONDITIONING

A.) In teams of 2, each teammate establishes a 1RM Power Clean

  • 1 barbell per team
  • Each teammates best lift is added together
  • 10min time limit

B.) In teams of 2 alternating rounds, AMRAP in 10min:

3x Curtis P’s

6x Burpees

C.) In teams of 2, complete 5 rounds each of:

50m Sprint Forward

50m Sprint Backward

25m Lateral Shuffle

25m Lateral Shuffle
