Wednesday Classes

All morning classes are canceled.  It is still to be determined whether Wednesday evening classes are canceled too.

As of 7:00am, it’s still snowing and the roads are pretty much impassable.  Not to mention … we aren’t even sure if the parking lot is plowed!  We will post here and on our Facebook page whether we will hold classes tonight.  As Coach Eric G said this morning … “If you’re not a cop, firefighter, snow plow driver, tow truck driver, doctor or nurse and you’re out today, you seriously need to have your sanity checked. Stay home people!”

Saturday – NO CLASSES

Free Intro to CrossFit workout at 10am!

No Olympic Weightlifting Class at 10am

In teams of 2, complete the following in any order. Only one team member working at a time and each team must complete all of one movement before going to the next.

  • Move 6000lb from ground to overhead
  • Jump 2400 Vertical feet
  • Do 100 double unders/600 single unders
  • Do 400 feet worth of burpee broad jumps
  • Do 3500lb worth of kettlebell swings
  • Do 800lb of med ball get ups
  • Do 60 pull ups
