This is the second week of our “Murph” prep, and each week will increase in volume to get everyone ready for the “big event”.  If you’re noticing deficiencies in some of the movements, don’t be afraid to practice them throughout the week!  Push ups, Air squats, and running are all easily trainable when you’re not training with us.  We will post some training ideas at the gym on your friday visits!
