Looking for other websites to check out while grinding through those long hours at work?  Here are a few to help pass the time!

A lot of us have our favorite websites that we check out on a daily/weekly basis to keep us informed of what’s going on in the CrossFit world, to gain more knowledge, or just for a good read.  All of us coaches have our favorites, and sharing these links can help build the resources that you need for success!  Below are a few of our favorites, and please feel free to add additional links (coaches, students, anyone) to the comments for today’s post!

CrossFit Invictus Great resource for articles, training references, interviews with other athletes.  Lots of good tidbits in the previous posts!

CrossFit One World Another great resource for training articles and entertainment!  Freddy Camacho spends a good amount of time each week keeping everyone updated over there, and there have been some fun things to read!

CrossFit Chicago Lots of good content over at Rudy Tapalla’s gym in the city.  Content rich with more good stuff coming out each week!

Robbwolf.com Podcasts, articles, “pseudo science”, and ramblings all pertaining to the Paleo lifestyle.  TONS of great info backing the benefits of a healthy sustainable lifestyle.  Robb is an entertaining guy as well, so the podcasts aren’t the least bit boring.  They also cover nearly every question pertaining to disease and illness when not eating within a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, and answer the questions that a lot of us have when trying to be successful!

Talk to me Johnny:  John Welbourne’s blog. CrossFit Football’s John Welbourne answers email questions on his blog with regards to strength training, and life in general.  You’ll like this guy!

Performance Menu The best all around Olympic Weightlifting resource on the internet.  Be sure to sign up for their free newsletter.  The Performance Menu Journal can also be purchased on here, which is a monthly subscription loaded with articles emailed to you each month.  The PM Journal doesn’t just cover training, but you’ll get lots of tasty recipes each month as well!

Mobility WOD Yes, another plug for the mobilitywod, but there’s so much good stuff on here that everyone needs.  We love it, and the free knowledge on here is invaluable to fixing your bodies.  Make it a daily habit to check this one out!

Again, feel free to contribute additional links to the comments section!

Fight Gone Bad 5 is in less than 2 weeks!

Nutrition Clinic this Wednesday!

What we’re covering:

  • The fundamentals of proper nutrition to support your activity level.
  • How this helps everyone achieve the results they want.
  • Possibly de-bunking many of the common myths about what the media puts out as “good for you” and “healthy”.  (No you don’t need to consume that cultured yogurt that promotes “regularity”)
  • Give everyone the knowledge of the nutrition principles that work!

This is a no gimmicks approach to success!  Hope to see you all there at one of our two Wednesday Clinics!

9am and 8pm
