Boot Camps are 45-60 minute small group training sessions meeting three times per week. We prescribe innovative health and fitness techniques designed to improve individual cardiovascular endurance and overall strength. Students in our program can experience dramatic changes in body composition with significant fat loss.
People from all walks of life and all levels of fitness are welcome to participate. Our Boot Camps deliver a broad, general and inclusive fitness regime for all ability levels. The foundations of nutrition are also covered to help you attain maximum results!
Boot Camps continuously run throughout the year and, at times, we hold “specialty” versions restricted them to certain populations. For example, we hold a Ladies Only 12 session Boot Camp twice per year in the Winter and Summer.
The schedule is as follows:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 – 11:00 am
12 & 24 visit punch-cards are available. These offer more flexibility if your schedule fluxuates. They have either 60 or 90 day expirations which offer plenty of time to use the classes.
