Boot Camps
Boot Camps are short-term (usually four week) 45 minute small group training sessions. We prescribe innovative health and fitness techniques designed to improve individual cardiovascular endurance and overall strength. Students in our program can experience dramatic changes in body composition with significant fat loss.
People from all walks of life and all levels of fitness are welcome to participate. Our Boot Camps deliver a broad, general and inclusive fitness regime for all ability levels. The foundations of nutrition are also covered to help you attain maximum results!
Boot Camps are conducted periodically throughout the year and, at times, restrict them to certain populations. For example, we conduct a Ladies Only 12 session Boot Camp twice per year in the Winter and Summer.
We are currently accepting registrations for the months of September and October. Sign up NOW because space is LIMITED!
AM Boot Camp – Mon, Wed & Fri starting at 9:00 am.
September Session: First class on Monday, September 6th. Last class on Friday, October 1st.
October Session: First class on Monday, October 4th. Last class on Friday, October 29th.
PM Boot Camp – Tue & Thur starting at 7:30 pm and Sat at 9:00 am.
September Session: First class on Tuesday, September 7th. Last class on Saturday, October 2nd.
October Session: First class on Tuesday, October 5th. Last class on Saturday, October 30th.
NOTE: There are no “make-ups.” Payment is for the scheduled session of classes.
