On September 26, 2009 CrossFit Tri-Cities hosted 7 other area CrossFit Affiliates for Fight Gone Bad 4. Over 100 athletes completed the workout throughout the course of the day. From kids to grandparents, all enjoyed the local camaraderie of this event. Prizes were awarded to top male, female, and affiliate scores by day’s end. There was even a tie-breaker at the finish between two of the male athletes! The tie-breaker is at 9:15 on the first video (Vimeo). SO MUCH FUN!
