What to Bring

Wear good, comfortable workout clothing that allows for flexible movement.  We will provide the water but most importantly, you bring a positive attitude and be prepared to have some fun!

What happens during an Intro Session?

We will review your exercise history, medical history, special interests, any concerns as well as the concepts behind our programming.  Once all that is covered, we’ll introduce the fundamental movements needed to perform your introduction workout.

Your first workout will establish a baseline for your current level of work capacity and skill level.  This also gives us an opportunity to evaluate your movement and identify any issues that need to be corrected.  Every intro workout is scaled to each person’s ability level so that everyone can successfully make it through.
