The first step in joining our community is to either schedule your free Introduction Session or stop in any Saturday morning at 10:00am.  The Intro Session is an opportunity for you to find out exactly what we do and if it’s right for you.

Many of our fundamental movements are not used in mainstream fitness programs.  If they are, it is usually not with the intensity that provides results.  Once immersed in our program, the constant variety of each training session is designed to build existing strengths while developing one’s weaknesses.

Intensity, commitment, and hard work hold different meanings to different people. Every person will be surprised by what he or she is capable of with the world-class training our coaches provide.

When you decide to join our community, there are two paths of entry and the choice depends on your personal goals and current level of fitness.  Our group classes require a certain level of skill and knowledge to ensure an effective and safe experience so some foundational work is required.

  1. Foundations + Trial Membership: Designed for the generally active, injury free individual who ultimately wants to join the group training classes. Foundations consist of five (5) one-hour individual or small group coaching sessions where the movement curriculum is introduced, techniques are covered as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels inherent to the group classes. Once the Foundation sessions are completed, you begin your 4 week, 3 visits per week membership package to give the Group Training classes a try and determine if it is right for you.
  2. Private Training: Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, conduct a functional movement assessment, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Private Training is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability. Pricing will depend on the session number and duration but can be arranged for as little as $50 per hour.
